New Coach SignupNew Athlete SignupEric grew up in Arizona where he attended Mesa Dobson high school and was a 3 year letterman in football earning 1st all state honors in his senior year. He also lettered in track and field and was the district champion in the shot put as a senior. He played college football at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah where he graduated with a B.S Degree in Exercise Science.
Eric built his reputation in the private sector as a top speed and performance enhancement coach preparing both NFL and NBA draft hopefuls for the draft process and the tests administered at both sports respective combines.
In 2006, Eric left the private sector and went into collegiate athletics where he served as the Director of Football Performance at The Ohio State University under Jim Tressel and was a part of 5 Big Ten Championships, 5 wins over Michigan, 2 National Title game appearances, and wins in both the Rose Bowl and the Sugar Bowl Championships.
Eric co founded Plus 2 University with Cardale Jones in 2019 and has built one of the top speed training destinations in the country. Track sprinters and field athletes are coming from all over the US to work with coach Lichter and the world class technology that Plus 2 University offers.
Eric holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS), The National Academy of Sports Medicine (CPT) and The National Academy of Speed and Explosion (CSS).
